&lt;li&gt;To coordinate the effective planning of project deliverables, including the setting up, scheduling, development, and implementation of the project components in accordance with agreed criteria of funders;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;To contribute towards the strategic development of online and offline Global Individual based Network for Growth and Human Rights Impact (GINI) including design and implementation of the protocols and procedures, through providing research and advice to the Project Team;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;To develop multi-faceted engagement with the youth networks in the Asia Pacific, and negotiate formal agreements with identified partner youth organisations in accordance with the project plans;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;To design involvement of the Asia Pacific Youth Network in the AI campaigns. Contribute to the design and conceptualisation of campaign actions, communications and materials, coordinating with relevant IS programmes;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Working in conjunction with Beijing Olympics Team and Online Communities Team to coordinate support for the Asia Pacific Youth online network - delivering online advocacy, marketing and retention efforts, including initiating growth opportunities by the provision of online tools and human rights materials for online network of youth activists in the Asia Pacific;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;To provide information and project reports as required to the project manger, program management and other stakeholders in a manner that is responsive to their concerns and which enables timely and effective decision making;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Keep abreast of developments in youth mobilization and human rights constituency building,&amp;nbsp; capacity building theory and practice and make appropriate recommendations in order to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Asia Pacific Youth Network;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span&gt;Support the work of the Learning and Impact Assessment Unit as it works to strengthen the organization&amp;rsquo;s effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability, relevance and accountability and enables organizational learning in order to maximize AI&amp;rsquo;s human rights impact.&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;Provide practical systems, tool and other solutions in the areas of capacity building, best-practices, communication, knowledge management, that are relevant to organizational development and change and which enable the IS, and the wide AI movement, to be a learning organization.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;
