	&lt;li&gt;Advise and support sections, structures, IS staff and other AI bodies in the development of national and regional HRE strategy in order to improve sections&amp;rsquo; and structures&amp;rsquo; capacity to develop strategy. &lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Coordinate the implementation of the International HRE Strategy at the national and regional levels, including the organization of international HRE coordinators meetings, workshops, and other events aimed at coordinating such implementation, in order to ensure alignment with the International HRE Strategy and coherence across the movement.&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Advise and coordinate projects of which the main content relates to general and thematic HRE material development and training workshops, including coordinating with IS programme staff and other partners, in order to ensure the maximisation of resources for HRE material development and training.&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Identify and analyse lessons to be learned from current HRE practices within the movement through a utilization-based evaluation and reproduce the lessons in order to facilitate a shared learning process.&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Coordinate the dissemination of current AI HRE policy and recommend policy revisions when necessary, taking into account the multicultural aspects of the movement, in order to keep AI HRE policy updated and coherent and ensure its communication throughout the AI HRE network. &lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;Support the development of multi-faceted engagement with the global HRE movement including regional and international governmental and non-governmental HRE organizations, including monitoring global and regional HRE trends and periodically analysing opportunities and threats, making recommendations to the AI HRE movement, in order to ensure AI&amp;rsquo;s HRE work is relevant and contributes to the global HRE movement while also keeping the AI HRE movement well-informed of global trends and developments.&lt;/li&gt;
